This is a high-level program to help you scale, not to learn the basics about Airbnb investing. The program focuses on commercial real estate – primarily hotels, motels, cabin communities, and unique commercial STR properties and conversions to STR use.
The truth is: the more you put in, the more you get out. There are 2 weekly group meetings but to be successful you’ll need to dedicate time outside of that to study up, find deals, and make the magic happen.
